They are the first and only trendy medical helmet and protective headgear brand in the world.

Brief

Ribcap had been running their e-commerce business on Shopify before meeting with us, and experienced challenges when they wanted to develop into a Business to Business (B2B) service.

Their website used to be only focused on the United Kingdom, but they wanted to expand into other countries. The platform's cost-effectiveness, particularly in terms of B2B functionality, was one of the key reasons for picking BigCommerce. BigCommerce's basic functions included B2B needs without the need to pay for extra apps.

Ribcap contacted Calashock while exploring Bigcommerce because of our reputation as Bigcommerce experts. We handled their migration worries and introduced them to BigCommerce's amazing features and cost-cutting options. We also alleviated their fears about control by creating a custom website that they could update themselves.

Approach

Calashock has a four-step approach to each project:

  • discovery
  • wireframes
  • design
  • development

In order to provide the finest solutions, we aim to learn what the client likes and dislikes, the primary reasons for a new website, the client's pain points, and competitive advantage during the discovery stage.

We recognised RIbcap's need for B2B capabilities as well as an unique website design that was multilingual and multi-country. We created a project timeline with milestones and deadlines after that.

We subsequently generated a wireframe for the web page, laying out the elements and ensuring it contained everything they required. After the design was finalised, we collaborated with our developers to create the website from the ground up.
There were many integrations used on this project to ensure the store runs smoothly and inline with the business’s goals. One of this was Klaviyo.
